We offer Ashtanga Yoga classes in different teaching styles (beginners, Mysore style, led class) for beginners and advanced students on weekdays in the morning, afternoon and evening.

Pricing Information

The classes focus on the Ashtanga Primary Series. The series can be individually modified to meet the requirements of students with specific physical conditions (e.g. injuries) to prepare the body for Ashtanga postures and movements. The training in all classes is customized to match the needs of the students. The system of Ashtanga Yoga is meant to energize and improve the well-being of the student - and this is exactly our overall goal.

Our training is based on a 6-point system, which is practiced in all classes: Strength (especially in the center of the body), stamina, flexibility, coordination, concentration and contemplation. With practice we continually enter deeper levels of the perception of our self, which allows us to develop an unclouded self-awarness and a positive sense of our body. It also enables us to handle our self and our ressources with comfort and competence.
